What we can do
- Explain where the data on a page comes from and how we process it.
- Add context to the page of a number you own if you believe it is being spoofed by callers.
- Review whether a page should appear in search results, for example when the number belongs to you and has few complaints.
- Fix errors in how we display or calculate the data.
- Handle privacy requests about personal data you have sent us.
What we cannot do
- We are not the FTC or the FCC: we cannot file, change or withdraw official complaints.
- We cannot tell you who called you or give personal details about the owner of a number.
- We cannot block calls or stop robocalls. Your phone carrier offers blocking tools.
- We cannot delete official complaint records published by government agencies.
- We cannot give legal advice or represent you. For that you need an attorney.
